This Privacy Policy explains how Achoo ApS (“Achoo”) and mmi Analytics Ltd ("mmi") act as Joint Controllers, have the same or shared purposes, and process your personal information, which is in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR")."

mmi Analytics takes primary responsibility for complying with UK GDPR obligations, and in particular transparency obligations and individuals’ rights.
 
Achoo takes primary responsibility for complying with EU GDPR obligations, and in particular transparency obligations and individuals’ rights.
 
mmi Analytics and Achoo have a common objective, are processing the personal data for the same purpose, are using the same set of personal data, have designed this process together and have common information management rules.



2.  Categories of Personal Data


We collect and store ordinary personal data like name, address, email address and telephone number. 



3.  Information We Collect From Other Sources


We are working closely with, and receive Personal Data from third-parties. For example, Achoo uses the YouTube API Services to access some of the data provided by the Influencer Impact platform, and as such, Achoo adheres to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).  When authorising your account with Facebook Log-In, we will get access to detailed information on your Instagram posts, stories, and audience. This information will not be sold, aggregated, or otherwise transferred to advertising networks, data brokers, or other for-profit schemes. The information collected will solely be made available to the users of the Influencer Impact platform and access to future content and its specifics can be revoked by you at any time.

We use cookies on our website to distinguish you from other users of our website. 



5.   Use of Personal Information


We may use your personal information for the following purposes:      

  • To set up a user and billing account for you.     
  • To personalise your user experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.    
  • To improve our Website in order to better serve you.
  • To allow and facilitate response to your customer service requests.     
  • To follow up with you after correspondence (live chat, email, or telephone inquiries). 



6.  Data Processing


We will protect personal information by using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We are not sharing personal data with anyone outside Achoo and mmi Analytics, and we do not allow third parties to serve content like advertisements. When using subprocessor systems to handle personal data, e.g. a customer relationship management system, these systems may only be used when personal data is:    

  • processed and stored in the EU, or;
  • transferred outside of the EU if the protection is at the same level as the EU GDPR regulation.

We will store your personal information only for as long as it is necessary to provide you with the services requested by you and for as long as required by the applicable laws.

In general, you have the following rights:

  • You have the right to request access to and to rectify your personal data.
  • You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and have the processing of your personal data restricted.
  • In particular, you have an unconditional right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
  • If the processing of your personal information is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before you withdrew your consent.
  • You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data.
  • You have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).
  • You may always lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. The Data Protection Agency.


There may be conditions or limitations on these rights. It is therefore not always certain for example that you have the right to data portability since this depends on the specific circumstances of the processing activity.
